Calmer Days is a brand owned and operated by Gofrit.biz referred to hereunder as "the Company", "we", "us" or "our".  This Privacy Policy (hereafter “policy”) applies to the website https://calmerdays.co.uk (hereafter “the website”) operated by the Calmer Days brand.  

Cookies

Users of the website may receive emails confirming their registration with the website, co-registration with Advertisers on the website, subsequent promotional marketing of products and services under the Company’s other brands, Company brand newsletters, or from third parties. To unsubscribe from our email list, please follow the unsubscribe link at the foot of all email messages sent.  

After unsubscribing, we may retain your information for a maximum period of 60 months unless you request us to erase it completely, or unless we are required to service your account under law or contract beyond that period. 

SMS Texts  

We may use your personal information to provide services you have requested by SMS text, including services that display customized content and advertising. You may opt-out and remove your SMS information from our database by replying "STOP" to the SMS text message received. If you remove your SMS information from our database, it will no longer be used by us for the purposes shown in ‘Use of personal information’ above.

In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your provider's standard messaging rates apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.

We may also use personal information for auditing, research, and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. We may share aggregated and group information with third parties. Credit card information  

Your credit card information will be necessarily collected by the website to process payments for products and services purchased by you.
